Enhance, our department raised the idea of constructing a new platform.New data platform based on the B / S architecture design principles, using Plantix JavaEE development platform and Sybase IQ database system. System obtains business data for management analysis from data exchange platform of the head office, the channel layer source information (TULIP, CMP, a large micro-payment, CFE, etc.), management layer source information (CMS, PCRM, information-sharing platform, such as credit card Statistical Analysis System). Through the main line of Plantix and other technical tools to development the information service center, build up financial analysis, management, customer analysis, business monitoring, credit risk early warning and other business operation and management system framework.This paper describes the meaning and purpose of the research, and analysis the nessiseary of building the data administered of the Agricultural Bank of China. According to characteristics and work processes of Tianjin Branch, this paper carried out a full investigation, developed a detailed business and technical requirements. Secondly, we achie deep understanding through the learning from platform of head office and related systems brothers. Determine the data source, design the logical structure of the system, physical structure and network architecture. Again, through the analysis of Sybase IQ database and comparison kinds of ETL tools, achieving extraction, cleaning and conversion form data source to database. Finally, the establishment of a administion platform developed by Plantix, of which the database is Sybase IQ and the server is WebSphere. The data platform becomes an important part in supportingTianjin Agricultural Bank of China, optimizing the key product and analysing data of marketing and customer. Meanwhile, achieve thatTianjin Branch has its own property rights to the operate this data platform products.
