Water,as the source of life,is directly related to human health and industrial production quality,but the monitoring of water quality is not easy.In the real process of monitoring,there are so many measure indicators of the water quality.And the turbidity is one of the most important measure indicators of water quality status.With the development of society and technology,these years,although the quality of drinking water has been significantly improved,the reports about accidents of drinking water safety are still emerging.Especially in some remote areas where are short of water,some security risks are always existed in the drinking water.More unfavorable,with increasing speed of the urbanization process,the density of tap water's pipe network in the city is higher.The monitoring of the water quality in network terminals has been the problem for health and environmental protection departments.For water quality monitoring,many areas concentrate more power on controling the source of water.While,the transmission link due to the network complexity also easily has security risks and be overlooked.This is difficult to achieve completely controled.Some cities set up the water quality monitoring site everywhere in the city to solve this problem.But whether the cost or the timeliness of monitor,there is still so much room for improvement.This paper analyses the problem that it is difficult to measure the water quality in drinking water tap,and puts forward a kind of on-line monitoring scheme for the water turbidity.This paper studies the common measurements of turbidity and specification.This paper describes the concept of turbidity and the characteristics of the same types of products at home and abroad.Meanwhile,the paper intoduces a light source control method linked to optical feedback system on the base of traditional cross flow control.This method analyses the different turbidity measurement methods used in the common turbidity sensor.And the method presents a design scheme of turbidity sensor using ninety degree scattered light.What's more,the method designs the turbidity measurement system of the light source,optical receiver module,an amplifying module.At the same time,the subsequent signal acquisition and storage processing module are joined.This achieves online monnitoring of the turbidity,and can calibrate and record calibration data.This method makes water turbidity of high-precision online measurement can be carried out in low turbidity.In the last part of the paper,the effect of bubbles and temperature on the sensor is analyzed,and the research direction is proposed for further improving the performance of the sensor.The sensor test results show that,under the environment of low turbidity,the sensor realizes on-line measurement with high precision,which is equiped with good repeatability and sensitivity.The memory chip used in the sensor makes itself to the host machine directly return water of actual turbidity.This can improve the modular degree of future high set of water quality monitoring equipment.Compared with foreign equipment,the scheme has a high cost performance and is benefit for future large scale promotion.This scheme greatly reduces the monitoring difficulty of the network tap water quality,and promotes the monitoring work of the water quality.This scheme reaches the preset goal.And for the problems existing in the design,the different solutions are proposed.Firstly,in order to further enhance the temperature stability,the temperature probe can be added to the hardware to realize the temperature measurement of the turbidity sensor,and the stability of the sensor can be compensated in the software.And in order to reduce the bubble problem brought about by the impact can be from two aspects to start,first of all hardware can consider adopting foreign high-end products used by eliminating bubble material and make bubble early elimination.Secondly,the software algorithm can be modified to increase the number of samples,so as to reduce the impact of the bubble.
