At the present stage,the existing worksheet system of Guangdong Railcom is various and disorder.It’s worksheet can’t be traced uniformly or managed centrally.Lack of interconnection leads to repeated record and inconsistent record.Information analysis and statistics cannot be implemented,thus increased the workload.Workflow cannot be customized and unified,so it is unable to adapt to the various worksheet trade flow and process.The operation&maintenance system hasn’t a core platform to achieve dispatching and processing of operation&maintenance system and customer service.The worksheet’s dispatching is out of line with the actual request,so worksheet cannot be dispatched real-time fast and either cannot be answered in detail.It’s meter also cannot fall to the ground,and unable to control according to the requirements of meter inspection,unable to get detailed inspection results.There is no centralized management,then every worksheet cannot be evaluated automatically.Along with the flattening and meshing of operation-maintenance system and the centralized of customer service.Developing a unified platform of worksheet flowing and processing has become the urgent matter of the moment.This system mainly aims at the demand of electronic worksheet.Adopting B/S architecture,using J2EE as the development platform,the system is achieved by the integrated frame technology of Struts2 and Hibernate and jbpm4 and QUI web interface.It should be able to login for multi-worker from various cities at the same time,being operated according the user’s permissions right to query relevant worksheet information data.During the development of the system,enough investigation about the data requirements and the ability to provide different data for provincial system and every external system.Based on the communication with Guangdong Railcom many times face to face,I have found out the actual work of installation and maintenance,helping out the customer rearrange the flow process and steps.Then I have also summarized the deficiency of existing business systems and proposed improvement scheme,helping customers put the system into trial us in a small range.The final request has been determined based on the trial use and repeated discussion.I mainly complete the previous communication with customers and the development of 10050 installation and maintenance worksheet modules and universal worksheet modules and worksheet query modules.In addition,fuctional testing of worksheet modules is added,which can be debugged in joint with original number line system and accounting system business interface and the integrated testing is achieved.Finally the on-line system deploying and commissioning has been completed.We also solved the problems appearing in trial use by tracking.The system can be customized the worksheet flow processing according to the actual needs.the processing time limit and early warning time limit and the interface connecting to other systems can be configured at every workflow node.This measure has effectively make up the insufficiency for the current peripheral management and on-site management and real-time management and closed loop management.More monitoring spots of worksheet are provided and monitoring means become more refined and even more.Through this system,the staff can make a phone appointment directly in the terminal software interface.And recording the call,the scene to be taken photos,real situation can be reflected.By drawing into GPS and GIS technology,the management of cross space is realized.After a preliminary trial,the system can meet the customers on-line installation and standardized operation of 10050 customer service staff and refined management requirements.In a word,the system has greatly improved the satisfaction index and real-time performance of task processing.lt has meet the requirements of customers.
