Design And Implementation Of Tax Risk Assessment System For Petroleum Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's economy,the petroleum enterprises in the development process,with the passage of time,the tax information is also more and more,the tax department is not only the needs of petroleum enterprise tax risk analysis,also need law enforcement risk management of the early warning,in order to avoid the oil enterprise tax risk.In the analysis of petroleum enterprise tax risk,data are scattered and difficult to concentrate,the tax department is an urgent need for a petroleum enterprise information to analyze the tax risk assessment platform,using the data model to the scientific analysis of data.In this paper,the design and implementation of the petroleum enterprise tax risk assessment system,the basic information of the petroleum enterprise collecting system and tax situation,solves the problem of the dispersive data,and also analysis the depth information of the data hiding,to evaluate the petroleum enterprise tax risk,greatly reducing the risk of oil enterprises in the process of tax,improve the work efficiency of the tax department.Based on the traditional tax risk assessment system and the specific tax on oil companies features in-depth research,fully understand the background and significance of the system,but also introduces and analyses the realization of the system of tax assessment method and MVC design pattern.Then the detailed demand analysis of tax risk management system of petroleum enterprises in the user's point of view,the functional requirements of the system were determined by the analysis of the module use case diagram,while the non functional requirements of the system such as easy maintenance,easy to understand and easy to test and other aspects,finally the system data the model constructed by the data flow diagram to fully understand the data flow of the system.Then on the basis of the demand analysis,the system design of the overall architecture,including the software of the system architecture,function structure,system deployment and physical database design,finally introduces the physical structure of the database system.From the functions of the system is divided into 5 functional modules,they are the characteristics of risk management function module,function module,risk identification risk assessment module,query statistics module and system management module.The system is implemented based on the MVC model,using object-oriented development language JAVA for development,and the energy analysis method and general index analysis method of risk identification and assessment based on the characteristics of risk management,finally to mining theseinformation for statistical analysis.The petroleum enterprise tax risk assessment system has analyzed the basic information of the petroleum enterprise and the tax payment information effectively,has realized the appraisal to the petroleum enterprise tax risk.The tax department through the establishment of a risk assessment system of petroleum enterprises,according to the number of years of accumulation and analysis of data,summed up the potential rule and the implied risks,the risks of the intelligent prediction evaluation.System using visual interface,the page is simple,easy to operate.Through the analysis of tax information system in law,access to the relevant information of the potential significance of petroleum enterprise tax risk,effectively reduce the cost of illegal tax at the same time,to avoid tax law enforcement personnel,law enforcement risk,improve collection efficiency,it has very high practical value.
