The 21st century sees the rapid development of economy, civilization and information.Competition among enterprises is more and more intense against such backdrops, while each enterprise has its own core business. In such an age full of opportunities and challenges, enterprises'traditional office mode is confronted with tremendous challenges and is perhaps no longer applicable. With the invention of computers in the mid-20th century, and the popularization of personal computers and medium and large servers, good basic conditions have been created for IT application and paperless office work in enterprises. This article is mainly about the design and realization of paperless electronic archive management platforms of taxation departments.Under a traditional mode, archive management not only is inconvenient in storage but also consumes a large amount of manpower and financial resources. As a result, careless mistakes are especially liable. What's more,as it is difficult to copy archival information,if any uncontrollable disaster occurs and any archive is thus lost, archival information can hardly be recovered and irredeemably disastrous damage may ensue. Therefore,to improve enterprise personnel's office efficiency and realize rapid and safe management of information,IT application archive management platforms have gradually become important platforms for enterprises'internal reform and strengthened management.1.The office mode of a certain local taxation bureau is still subject to some limitations, which lead to more work stress of enterprise employees and inefficient office work. This article,in light of its traditional office scheme, proposes a set of electronic archive management schemes, which integrate taxpayer's submission of application forms, submission of financial statements and signatures and other operations as well as archive storage, thus further alleviating taxpayers'burden, optimizing taxpaying services and strengthening the security of data and statements.2.In response to transparent office, this article,in light of the business process of a certain local tax bureau, proposes a set of information inquiry schemes, which can facilitate office workers and tax payers to track tax payment information and progress of office work. With a view to the different demands of tax payers and office workers, different schemes are provided for these two types of users, combining office workers'information and business,so that tax payers can keep track of the progress of office work anytime.3.Based on the archive management schemes and information inquiry schemes constructed, this article analyzes, designs and realizes a paperless archive management platform for a certain local taxation bureau. With the support of the SSH framework, the system adopts a hierarchical design, and is a typical Web information management system. This article gives a thorough and detailed analysis of the system and proposes a specific scheme for design implementation as well as a scheme for testing the correctness, security and performance of the system. With regard to the shortcomings in the office work in a certain local taxation bureau, this article proposes a scheme of a paperless archive management platform for it,and an information inquiry scheme in response to transparent office. This article focuses on describing the design and implementation of a paperless archive management platform for a certain local taxation bureau.Engineering technologies are adopted to analyze the system before its design scheme is proposed;also a testing process for the system is established in light of actual conditions. At last, the system basically realizes paperless archive management of a certain local taxation bureau to improve the efficiency of enterprises'office work.
