The Design And Implementation Of Unicom Business Paperless Background Management Subsystem

The system of paperless office is applied more and more widely in all walks of life and the telecommunication industry badly needs using this new system to increase the work efficiency, improve the quality of service and save the cost especially with intensifying head to head competition in this industry. Regarding the consideration of the above aspects, China Unicom put forward the demand of constructing a set of paperless business system.The paperless business system is becoming a whole set of China Unicom document system. The aim of this system is to work out receiving orders paperless, saving orders paperless, managing warehouse intellectualized, checking orders automated and marketing in the sales hall intellectualized.During my practice in Beijing Agile Star Technology Corporation Limited Company, I was in charge of designing and implementing the Background Manage system. The specific work involves in nine models’development, including login management, executive management, department management, channel management, staff management, staff permission management, role management, role permission management, log management. I participated in the entire life cycle process of the construction of background management subsystem, from the system requirements analysis,preliminary design,detailed design,code implementation,system testing and performance improvement to the system online. Specific work contents are as follows:(1) Participate in the system requirements analysis, through the communication with the target user and analysis overall product business processes on demand, ultimately determine the system functional,non-functional,compatibility requirements,and formulate the relevant requirements documents.(2) Participate in the design of the preliminary design, according to the demand analysis design the system from overall function, software structure and database.(3) According to the requirements analysis and preliminary design finish nine functional modules in the system of detailed design and development work independently.(4) Participate in the system test, including test case design and performance test.Background Mange System of China Unicom paperless business system is a Web project based on B/S model. It is also a development work which makes the Background Mange System of China Unicom paperless business come true by using a mature SSM(Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis) framework. The finish of the Background Mange System provides data and security assurance for the whole China Unicom paperless business system.
