In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,tax management is facing a series of new challenges,such as the non-acceptance of information and the difficulty in supervising the e-commerce enterprises of the main subject.In 2016,it is suggested by the State Council that the "Internet plus government service" work should be accelerated to effectively improve service quality and timeliness of the government.By using the information technology and the Internet platform,the Internet and government services can be combined,which also can accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve efficiency and transparency in government services,be convenient for the masses to do business and have important significance to further stimulate the market vitality and social creativity.Through the research and analysis for Changchun tax administration,this paper proposed a comprehensive tax management information system based on big data.This system uses the big data technology to consolidate the information from multi departments and multi system.Based on the interconnection of information and data sharing,analysis and process the information,and then enhance the ability to solve the problem of tax collection,tax collection and management of the Internet era the main business contact.In addition,the system also offers tax registration,inquiry,purchase invoices,provide online processing means.The taxpayer can easily complete a variety of tax behavior according to the prompt operating system,which also can save a lot of time and money for the taxpayer,and avoid tax evasion behavior caused by the taxpayer who does not take the initiative to declare the fax.This system mainly adopts the three-layer design pattern of MVC,separating the data layer,business logic layer and presentation layer of the system.The database uses Oracle No SQL to extract and organize large data in a highly parallel manner.At the same time,to improve scalability and reusability,the core business logic has been functional package.This article divides the comprehensive tax management information system into the following modules: system management module,public information management module,tax declaration management module,declaration approval management module,big data analysis module and information disclosure module.System management module is for the system administrator service module,the system administrator manages all users by assigning permissions in the system.the system's permissions are divided into three categories,system administrators,tax department administrators,ordinary taxpayers.The users with different authorities have different parts in the system,only the public information module can be operated by all users.Tax declaration management module is the core module of the system,and it is also the taxpayer-specific module.The taxpayer through this module to complete tax registration,application,payment,invoice acquisition,tax relief and other operations.The examination and approval management module is a bridge between the taxpayers and tax authorities.And the tax department administrator can review and manage the taxpayers' reporting operations through this module.The system also completes reminders and calls by digging tax-related data.In addition,this article also designed a big data analysis module,to provide tax-sharing data and country,land tax comparative analysis.Because this system uses the browser / server(B/S),the taxpayer can complete complicated tax work only by a computer with a browser.The realization of the system not only saves the tax time for taxpayers,but also provides the newest tax policy and tax information timely.That all promote the smooth progress of tax work effectively.
