Design And Realization Of AIC Comprehensive Business Data Management System

Information Management System theory and technology solve the problem that how to manage the fast-growing data and information efficiently. Its main effect is to strengthen the information management by maximizing the use of modern computer and network communication technology. The correct data and all kinds of information were provided to people to make proper decision as soon as possible through the investigation and understanding of its resources.The Information Management System efficient management of data and application security key to the realization of methods and technology was studied in this paper. A Comprehensive Business Data Management System based on ASP.NET was developed, which has been applied to the AIC department in a city, and has achieved good results.According to the system-building objective, a data management model was developed by analyzing the type and characteristics of data from operational departments. This model simplified the operation as well as improved management efficiency through establishment of a middle layer called "Functional Modules". The function design and database design was achieved on the basis above.This research was mainly on three parts:First, theory and technology in the application safety aspects based on Web Information Management System were studied. Then a system security model was developed, which was aimed at the actual requirement and operational characteristics of application department. This paper focused on the theory and technology about figure identification, access control and safety audit. Combining with the require of system construction, security was realized with the application of "Two-Factor Identification", "Role-Based Access Control" and" Safety Audit".Secondly, the research focused on the key technique about the process of realization of the "interface automatically generated", "multimedia data management", "related query" and "data output". The difficulty, solutions and implementation process of these four technologies were discussed in detail. Then an efficient management of comprehensive business data was achieved.Finally, in accordance with the needs of heterogeneous data integration, heterogeneous data conversion was discussed. Heterogeneous data conversion technology and method were introduced. Merits and demerits of mainstream database management system onboard heterogeneous data conversion tools were analyzed. Then an independent "Heterogeneous Data conversion tools" was designed and realized to defeat the weakness. The tool used wizard-driven approach as well as Graphical User Interface and accomplished the change among SQL Server, Access and Oracle databases.
