The Research On Risk Communication In Qiandongnan In The New Media Environment

The world has entered a period of multiple risks,and the role of media in risk reporting has become increasingly important.With the continuous updating of information technology,the network and other new media are developing rapidly in China's ethnic areas such as the Qiandongnan,the new media bears an important task in the process of risk communication in Qiandongnan.Based on the study of the popularization and application of new media in Qiandongnan,the research makes an intensive study of risk communication under the new media environment in Qiandongnan,in order to present the phenomenon and law of risk communication in Qiandongnan,this study is intended to provide some valuable references for risk reporting,control and guidance in Qiandongnan.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the first part of the paper describes the reasons and significance of this study,then it defines the related concepts,then it reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign research related to this topic based on the definition of relevant concepts.Then this part demonstrates the research project,as well as the innovation of the subject and the expected results of the research.The second part focuses on the current situation of new media risk communication in Qiandongnan,the paper the paper analyzes the application of new media risk communication in Qiandongnan based on the analysis of the distribution and use of new media in Qiandongnan on the basis of introducing the basic situation of Qiandongnan,the paper analyzes the main transmission modes of new media risk communication in Qiandongnan,and it also analyzes the way of public opinion guidance of new media risk communication in Qiandongnan.The third part mainly analyzes and discusses the advantages of the new media in the state of Qiandongnan in risk communication and its effective interaction,and the paper discusses the main problems existing in Qiandongnan risk communication in the new media environment in order to put forward targeted,actionable advice to provide bedding for the next step.In the fourth part,the paper puts forward the targeted and operable suggestions mainly based from the government departments,the media audience,the three subjects involved in risk communication process,in order to provide a reference for improving the skill level of the use of new media skills in Qiandongnan hoping to promote national unity,economic development and social stability in this region.In the fifth part is a systematic summary of the above four parts of the study.In the research,this article collects and sorts out the relevant cases of risk communication in ethnic minority areas,as well as the latest research results of experts and scholars.In addition,In addition,16 counties in Qiandongnan under the jurisdiction of a total of 1600 people to carry out a questionnaire survey,the survey investigates 1600 persons ordinary people in Qiandongnan(including party and government organs,enterprises and institutions staff,students in school,self-employed and individual industrial and commercial households,etc.),as well as the propaganda department of Qiandongnan at all levels of the relevant responsible persons,a number of television stations,newspapers,magazines and journalists and new media practitioners.The purpose of the paper is to understand the risk communication of the public,the party and government departments and the news media in Qiandongnan,and the paper tries to find the combination point between the social reality and the risk communication in Qiandongnan,them it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development economy and society,and the social harmony and stability in Qiandongnan.
