In the publishing ecology with market segmentation and mass decentralization,the competence in children's books becomes increasingly intense.Both the state-owned publishers or private publishing institutions take efforts to occupy children's book market.The young children's book market starts relatively late and has great development potential.How to break through the encirclement and gain a firm foothold in the highly competitive market to achieve long-term and stable development is a problem that many children's books publishing organizations need to solve.“Lelequ” is an important children's book brand of Xi'an Rongxin Educational and Cultural Industry Development co.,LTD(Hereinafter referred to Rongxin Education).This company focuses on publishing planning and dissemination of outstanding children's book for 0-6 year-old children.Children can interact with their parents with joy and develop their intelligence.This article takes “Lelequ”children's book as the research object to summarize publishing and communication strategies of ‘Lelequ”children's book.This paper use case analysis,comparative analysis,interviews,observation and other research methods to analyze business practice of ‘Lelequ”children's book in recent years and summarize the publishing business activities of young children's book.The first chapter introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the status quo of researches at home and abroad,the research methods,the value and the innovation points.In addition,the concept and the scope of the research object are defined in this part.The second chapter discusses the structure and features of “Lelequ” children's book.The third chapter analyzes the publishing channels of ‘Lelequ”children's book.In the fourth chapter,the paper analyze the brand construction and communication ways of “Lelequ”children's book.The final chapter analyzes the enlightenment of “Lelequ” children's book to publishing industry of children's book in China.The results of this study have a certain guiding significance for publishing agencies ofthe young children's book and provides reference for the prosperity and development of China's children's book market.
