The time quota is the basic information of scientific company management.It is also the important basis of product quotation?accounting cost and economic benefit.At present,most of the time quota is estimated by experience,and there are deviations in the quota results.This project is aimed at the actual time quota of an electronic enterprise.The study is carried out on the electronic product assembly time quota based on grey system theory and work study.The intelligent calculation system of assembly time for electronic products cabinets is developed.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1)The research was carried out on the time quota technology of machine assembly based on gray theory.The main factors of quota were put forward and the gray system prediction model was established.At last,an example was provided to verify the accuracy.(2)The research was carried out on the time quota technology of electronic assembly based on work study.The electronic assembly process of the cabinet was studied.The calculation model of cable assembly man-hour was established.At last,an example was provided to verify the accuracy.(3)The system requirements and overall objectives were proposed.The architecture of the system was established.The system function modules and business roles were divided.The business process was determined.The system database was designed.(4)The intelligent calculation system of assembly time for electronic products cabinets was developed.It can effectively reduce the workload and difficulty of the staff.The system was applied in the company.The system has improved the efficiency nine times and the error control was within 10%.
