Modal analysis of the electronic cabinet embedded in the vehicles is presented, the structural optimization design of its defect departments-plug-in chassis 2 that based on sensitivity analysis is carried out and the anti-vibration design of the printed circuit board is processed, dynamic simulation of the whole cabinet is also shown.A finite element model of the cabinet is built with the aid of ANSYS,which is mainly composed of beam units and shell units.Then based on the model,theoretical analysis is carried out to find out the structural dynamic parameters of the prototype,and some doable improving methods are provided.The modal test data and parameter identification on the cabinet are obtained.The results indicates that the finite model established in this article can truly reflect the characteristics of the prototype.The structrual redesign of the plug-in chassis 2 is carried out and the elementary strengthen method is proposed, the model of the plug-in chassis 2 that has been strengthened is analyzed, sensitivity value is drawn from the systematic sensitivity analysis on the geometrical position and size of stiffened crossbar and the material properties of plug-in chassis and the thickness of chassis base with virations in first frequency, according to the result, the structural optimization design is processed.The theoretical analysis of printed circuit board in the plug-in chassis 2 is analyzed so as to find out weak parts,then some measures such as stiffened aluminium plate and new fixture points and anti-vibration of chip is developed to strengthen the PCB,and the result accomplished the purpose desired.From the engineering practice point of view and according to the military standard GJB150,transient dynamic and random vibration spectrum analysis are carried out in dynamic simulation to get its dynamic response characteristics in vibration and shock environment,highly spotted the dynamic characteristic of plug-in chassis 2 and proved the dynamic characteristic of the modified plug-in chassis 2 is highly enhanced.And finally the whole dynamic characteristic of the cabinet is also prospected.
