Research And Development Of Computer Aided Time Quota Calculation System For Electronic Parts

For the company, quota is the basic work of information management, the necessary means of scientific management, the important part of modern management system. The formulation of quota is related to the cost accounting, the manufacturing cycle and the economic benefit of workers. Through a research, there are two problems of the quota in a company in Nanjing. Firstly, the workers in the company have used experience-based estimation of quota for a long time. Secondly, the structure of electronic part is complex, so the quota is difficult. Aim ing to the above problems, in this paper, the technology of computer aided time quota was studied. Through the development of computer aided time quota calculat ion system, the accuracy and efficiency of the quota was improved. The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) The CBR technology was applied in quota. The information model of quota was set up. The expression method of quota example was given. The extraction technology of parts' feature based on Creo and the retrieval algorithm of similar parts were studied. The evaluat ion method of quota example was confirmed. The reuse strategy, the modification technique, and the preservation technology of the instance were studied. At last, an example was provided to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.(2) The technology of quota for printed board parts was studied. The factors which influence the quota of process were analyzed. Through field measurement and MATLAB formula fitt ing tool, the calculation model of quota was established.(3) The system requirements and overall objectives were proposed. The architecture of the system was established. The system function modules and business roles were divided. The business process was determined. The system database was designed.(4) The computer aided time quota calculation system of electronic parts was developed. It included two subsystems. The subsystem based on Web provided the calculation function of auxiliary time quota. The subsystem based on Creo provided the retrieval function of similar parts.
