Guidance technology is the key technology of AGV.AGV widely used in more situations to promote the continuous development of guidance technology.At present,the AGV guidance technology is mainly divided into track guide and no track guide.Such as electromagnetic guided by laying electric cable under ground to guide AGV,This guided way widely used because of its mature technology and high stability.But when the AGV work environment need to change,such as to add temporary.so this guidance is hard to meet the actual demand in flexibility.Laser or visual guidance improves the guidance of flexible.But their algorithm complexity too high,so lead the cost of AGV is high and theirs not applied in the complex environment.This paper designs and realizes a guidance system based on eddy current effect,The guidance system includes the guide rail,guidance sensors and station identifier.The guide rail used aluminum foil tape.It is not only the cost low,but also to change AGV path easier.Guide sensor using difference methods to output AGV with aluminum foil tape horizontal deviation distance.Using the deviation distance adjustment driving to realize the function of tracing.The designed site identifier can identify AGV workstation,such as parking,slow down,etc.On the basis of the guidance system design.A set of AGV control system is designed.It is mainly composed of on-board system and scheduling system.Vehicle system hardware including STM32F103 microcontroller system,wireless communication,obstacle avoidance module,etc.Software including ?C/OS-II,basis drivers and applications.Scheduling system is based on the Lab VIEW,mainly including data communication,data processing,display and alarm of AGV state.Realized with on-board system data transmission,realized the real-time AGV operation state storage.By the graphics and text to AGV running status real-time monitoring.Finally,The whole system was tested on scheduling system.The results show that the guidance system operation stability.This guidance system has a certain practical value.
