AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) is a truck equipped with automatic guiding deice, which can travel according to established guiding route,but also can protect itself and transfer free. At present, China occupy the world’s largest AGV market demand, but there is a contradiction between high AGV supply and low apply density. And AGV demand will expand in the future.At present, the guidance way of AGV mainly apply on this 8 aspect: direct coordinates, electromagnetic guidance, tape guidance, optical guidance, navigation, laser inertial navigation, visual navigation and GPS navigation. However, low-cost, miniaturization, and high reliability still need to be improved, leading that in the process of promotion and application is not very successful. According to invisible two-dimension code’s properties and AGV’s guiding requirement, this paper propose a new AGV guiding technology based on invisible two-dimension code, moreover, design a new AGV type and optimize its route, specific research and results are as follows:(1) Make research on theoretical basis of the AGV and invisible two-dimension code, especially emphasis on the automated guided present situation and development direction of AGV, physical properties of invisible two-dimension code’s high density coding, wide coding and fault tolerance ability. Studies have shown that invisible two-dimension code’s physical characteristics qualify for AGV’s automated guided feature.(2) Propose the theoretical basis of AGV automated guided system based on invisible two-dimension code. Firstly, introduce 4 modules of guidance scheme: capture module, information processing module, fine-tuning module and auxiliary module; secondly, introduce 3 important parts of automated guided technology principle in detail: one is invisible two-dimension code system; another is environment electronic map’s function and how to produce it; third is primary algorithm and secondary algorithm of automated guidance.(3) Design a new type of AGV based on invisible two-dimension code. Firstly, make introduce to new type AGV’s summary, including the instruction and design of fundamental vehicle body, executive part and power; secondly, introduce design instruction of new type AGV’s mechanical parts, control system, drive mode and safety systems and AGVS in detail.(4) Make optimization of new type of AGV’s one-to-many travel path based on Hopfield neural network.Firstly, built new type AGV path guidance problem model based on CHNN algorithm, secondly, write MATLAB program and use MATLAB2015 b software to seek solution for many times, finally, make analysis of the result, and it tells that can find the optimal path model by multiple operations,, so as to optimize the new type of AGV path.
