Mass spectrometry equipment is an important part of the analytical testing instrument,the application field is very extensive.Since the mass spectrometer can only analyze and detect the ionized sample,the ion source is responsible for ionizing the sample and then feeding it into the mass spectrum.Therefore,the ion source is a core component of the mass spectrometer.Nowadays,mobile detection and on-site detection of the demand for analytical testing equipment has become increasingly large,mass spectrometer miniaturization and portability has become an irresistible trend of development,and miniaturization of mass spectrometry equipment naturally the need for miniaturized ion sources is matched,and the presence of an open-ended open source ion source provides the possibility for this miniaturization.Based on a new type of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Ion Source proposed by Professor Zhang Xinrong of Tsinghua University in2007,the author of the project team cooperates with this technology to transform the result and continue improvement and innovation,the establishment of a more comprehensive sample ionization theory and to achieve its product,to play its due value.Software system as an important support in the operation of the instrument,not only allows users to the man-machine interface to monitor and control equipment,but also to help users through a number of means of equipment and equipment related factors to observe and analyze.This paper designs and develops a DBDI software monitoring system based on PC side and Android system mobile terminal.The software system in both terminals to achieve a complete real-time control functions and real-time data display,as well as detailed alarm information notification function,data waveform display and log recording functions-to help users analyze the data,are vivid and intuitive,very user-friendly materialized interface.Users can choose the monitoring terminal according to the detection environment and their own needs,such as direct use of the PC side in the experimental site to monitor the ion source;can also be anywhere,hand-held through Wi-Fi or GPRS,3G,4G and other cellular mobile data network access Internet after the Android mobile side,remote control of the ion source,access to the ion sourceof real-time data and receive alarm information and so on.In this paper,according to the idea of software engineering,from the DBDI monitoring system needs analysis to the system frame design and detailed design,and then use the Socket communication mechanism and Multi-threaded and other technologies to achieve them,are in turn carried out a detailed introduction.Finally,it elaborated that after long and repeated detailed test,the results show that the software system to meet the stable operation,easy to meet and meet the needs.
