Research On Data Transmission System For Automatic Meter Reading

With the development of science and technology,the innovation of hardware chip and software technology,wireless network technology has been widely used in every aspect of human life.The European and American countries have already popularized the resident ial buildings and remote copying instruments of residentia l buildings since the beginning of this century.At present,the domestic large instrument manufacturers and the air heat company are also engaged in the research and development of w ireless data transmission system for automatic meter reading.This paper compares the existing scheme of w ireless data transmission system from the power supply,cost,system reliability,fault detection and system availability,discusses the existing solutions are the problems existing in the battery power supply,RF communication,complete ad hoc network automatic meter reading wireless data transmission scheme.This paper summarizes the current research status of the automatic meter reading wire less data transmission at home and abroad,the characteristics of automatic meter reading system is summarized,a detailed description of the system applications;and then combined with the characteristics of the meter copying a small amount of data,periodic detailed analys is of system requirements and key technical problems of the system are described and put forward the technical route of their.This paper introduces the overall architecture of the data transmission system based on 6LowPAN,and analyzes the funct ion of each part of the system in detail.Bidirectional transmission funct ion for wireless data transmission system,the detailed design of the system architecture,and puts forward the design scheme of wireless data,ensure the end-to-end reliability;in addit ion,taking into account the deployment environment of the system,in order to facilitate the user during deployment and fault debugging of the wireless network configuration control and check,this paper the wireless network controller part of the detailed design,and from the point of system application convenient put forward to build a wireless AP and set up Web server convenient mobile device access concentrator of wireless network control.In this paper the system hardware design and presents the detailed structure and the external circuit module and the wireless concentrator equipment,and introduces the design ideas of the software system,and the uplink and downlink data transmission gives the application layer data transmission protocol reasonable.During the design and develo pment of this project,the reliability of long period operation of the system and the deployment,debugging and mass production of the product in the actual industria l production are taken into consideration.A series of methods and techniques have been adopted to ensure the long period stability of the system,inc lud ing 6LowPAN network monitoring and network remote control,Supervisor process monitoring,infrared based diagnostic debugging methods,etc..At the same time,hardware circuit design and softwa re construction are also considering the stabilit y of the system and the power system,downt ime and other abnormal conditions.
