More and more enterprises begin to deploy the cloud storage system to leverage the trends of data rapid growth and the needs of users anywhere access. The ppStore system unifies a large number of internet open storage services to supply considerable amount of storage space and bandwidth. With the features of strong service ability, high transparency and high scalability, this system supplies multiple storage nodes which can serve users simultaneously. However, in the cloud storage system, the amount of data transmitted by users is very large, but the number of storage service provider is limited. Since the situation of refusing service which may cause the loss of users'data and the system failure will occur when a storage service receives a large number of task requests at the same time.aEDTS (An efficient data transmission scheme) solves the problems above. aEDTS improves the KAD algorithm according to the features of file storage and implements the data sharing between users'nodes by constructing the P2P network structure among users'nodes. aEDTS proposes and implements a super node select algorithm after analyzing the users'online time and characters. At the same time we propose and implement a cooperative transmission node selection algorithm based on efficient backup strategy according to the number of file copy in the system and the success rate of data download. aEDTS designs a perfect data transmission method, for different operations such as upload, download and cooperative transmission and to achieve a different strategy for transparent transmission. aEDTS brings cache server to the system which saves a complete redundant file and is response for the main data transmission work of system copy strategy.The practical test log reveals that aEDTS decreases the average times of uploading file by 1/3, and the average times of downloading file by 1/2. At the same time when the number of system file copies reaches a certain value, the success rate of file download from mail server by users reaches 95%. From the improved system passive copy strategy, the success rate of cooperative data transmission is improved obviously, which reaches 97%.
