Research On 2014-2016 Year Rolling Plan Of Guangxi Municipal Unicom Wireless Network

The 3 years' rolling plan is the guidance of network constructionin for a company in next three years.Good accomplishment of 3 years' rolling plan can size up the current situation of the network,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing network,forecast the future size of the network development,provide the basis for the network construction,optimization and planning,which is of great significance to the development of network operators.In this thesis,rolling plan of 2014-2016 year has been studied in Liuzhou Unicom of Guangxi Province.First of all,the development process of mobile communication system has been described while the WCDMA network architecture and key technologies have been introduced.On this basis,the overall goals of the future development of WCDMA network have been put forward,which have demanded the requirements for the construction strategy and technical specifications.Through the analysis for DT,CQT,data traffic,traffic,complaints,MR and other data,the current development of the network has been bfully analyzed.Then problems of network could be find out,the multi-dimensional needs could be integrated,and the requirements of the project library could be formatted.With combining the needs of the business sector and the development of network business,investment estimates has been preparated,and the planning project library has been formated according to the principle.The rigid coverage has been completed from the angle of improving customer perception and brand effect.At last,the final construction plan has been gained by quantifing and seqencing the sites in non rigid covering areas through the 7-Dimensions evaluation criteria,which providing important guidance for the next 3 years.The plan aim for enhancing user awareness and business support capacity by the principles of "enhancing the network capacity,optimizing the structure and improving the effectiveness of investment".The rolling plan focused on wireless networks and other key networks could be practicable,which has also lay the foundation for the implementation of investment and construction management model reform,accelerated the development of efficiency,improved the level of resource allocation,and enhanced the value of enterprises.
