| While the process of news producing acting more and more often on mobile equipments,traditional media organizations have put their attention to a new arising media form——the phone live streaming,which allows people make and watch live streaming program on a mobile terminal.This kind of new media has a strong character of interaction,which were considered as a new trend of form of civic news.But the number of news that can be reported by single mobile news broadcast media was limited by the limitation of human and material resources.It has to make a cautious choice beforehand in topic selection and report presentation,etc.And based on this,the final content that produced and propagated will show us a clear media framework.What kind of framework is this? And is there any difference between the people's civic news produced by this framework and other form of people's civic news? Besides,is it possible for professional media team,which was organized by traditional media man,to embrace this brand new framework without changing their professional belief? This research was established with the motivation of solving the problems above.This paper analyzes the civic news framework of the content to phone news live steaming of Beijing News——a pioneer in this area.Through studying the topics editing,the texts and the story-telling way during the whole spreading process,I obtained that the characters of the live streaming content of Beijing News,and the differences between different media.I proposed that a good advantage taken of the news live streaming on phone would give a new answer to the question how civic news can be developed on future. |
