In order to meet the needs of water conservancy science and technology workers and managers to query and manage the technical standards of water conservancy,solve the query inconvenience and improve the low levels of digitization and structured degree,the author carried out Shaanxi provincial water conservancy technical standard information system development.Based on the distributed support structure network of web and Internet,the PDF document format and the combination of file and relation database indexing methods,the author puts forward four layer system structure of the standard information systems of water conservancy in the research and development process.UML method is applied to the system design and analysis.The author designs the system use case diagram,sequence diagram,package diagram,class diagram and studies the algorithm of realization of each module study.In Windows Server 2012,Visual Studio 2012 and SQ1 Server2012 environment,water conservancy technology standard information system is realized by using C#language coding.The main functions of the system include:standard collection,standard format conversion,standard indexing query,storage of standard specification,standard specification,standard specification to browse,print standard specification,standard maintenance,user management,system management,etc.The system has been approved by the Shaanxi Institute of water conservancy in 2015,and put into the actual deployment,providing a powerful tool for water conservancy and technical workers and managers to use the technical standards of water conservancy.
