With the proliferation of computers and the development of modern network technology, online reading and sharing of documents has become a common way for people to acquire knowledge. Online reading and sharing of documents, as an important supplement of traditional publications, provides great convenience for people’s life, work and study.Nowadays, most document sharing platforms are based on C2C(Customer to Customer) mode which documents are mainly shared by customers, the finesse and usefulness can not be guaranteed. Given the constant expansion of online education, Huatu Education Group timely decides to launch a library system aim to online study, which would be of great significance:improve the efficiency of managing the existing internal teaching materials and provide knowledge sharing and acquiring services to customers.In this paper, we proposed a design schema for online library system with agile Web development technology, and implemented the system with ThinkPHP framework, Java and open source software. We have analyzed and researched the document online-reading technologies and document retrieval technology based on Hadoop and Lucene, and proposed optimization methods for document conversion and an improved strategy for distributed full-text retrieval, we also designed a new Map/Reduce-based document retrieval model.The online library system allows users to share documents in various formats and to obtain them quickly. Administrators can be freed from tedious work due to the efficient management module. The solution for document online sharing proposed in this thesis has many advantages like fast conversion, fluent reading and fast retrieving.
