| Compared with the traditional paper documents,electronic license has many advantage.The electronic certificate information is stored in a certain format in the computer,and according to some conditions,it can realize the inquiry and retrieval of the electronic certificate,as well as the relation analysis between the licenses and so on.It is the necessary component that governments at all levels to promote the network,paperless office,and it is the fundamental way to solve the "rush" and "false perjury" problems.With the continuous development of society,all kinds of electric license are emerging in an endless stream,which leads to new challenges for the wide range of license sharing and query.Directory system is a unified management system of government resources catalogue,which is based on directory technology and metadata technology,as well as other network technologies.This dissertation carries out the research based on the project of electronic license sharing platform and paperless examination in Quanzhou.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research,development and application of metadata and directory services;Secondly,based on the research and analysis of domestic and foreign related metadata,metadata standards,we design the electronic license metadata information structure and directory structure;Furthermore,after mastering search algorithm of the directory service,we propose the retrieval algorithm of electronic license information resources based on facet description;Finally,we design and implement the metadata directory service system of electronic license information.Through the unified description and management of electronic license information,this system realizes the information sharing between departments.The research of this topic provides the severofplatform development for the integration and management of information. |
