The heat treatment technology in modern manufacturing industry especially play an increasingly important role in the equipment manufacturing industry.It is to ensure that the intrinsic properties of the metal materials(such as physical properties,chemical properties and mechanical properties)process and dimensional stability of shape.Heat treatment is one of the weakest links in the field of information technology in manufacturing industry of our country,which limits the integration of the whole production cycle information of mechanical products.This paper summarizes the research and application of the current heat treatment information and discusses the key information technology of heat treatment of manufacturing execution system(MES)and enterprise resource planning(ERP),the control model of production information system integration technology and heat treatment.On this basis,the intelligent manufacturing execution system model based on the Internet of things technology is proposed,which is suitable for the heat treatment industry.System for heat treatment production quality assurance system as the main line,focus on the process of heat treatment in the production process which is complex,random and scheduling process traceability real-time monitoring parameters is difficult and production problems.The main research contents and results are as follows.1.This paper analyzes the current research situation of MES and heat treatment information,and summarizes the integration model of heat treatment MES and ERP system,field control system and related data integration techniques and methods.In this paper,the heat treatment MES is analyzed in detail by means of the integration of the middle system and the top layer ERP,and the information of human,machine,material and ring in the production field is integrated by the Internet of things technology.2.With the study of heat treatment of business process and the workshop production information interaction model,combined with networking technology,web service technology,according to the national standard MES architecture,the overall system framework for heat treatment enterprises based on IOT intelligent heat MES is designed.3.In this paper,the requirements of heat treatment production in production scheduling,process flow tracking,workpiece tracking,quality management,on-line monitoring and document management is analyzed,and the corresponding heat treatment MES system function module is designed.According to the heat treatment process of the production process tracing difficultly problems which is caused by the complicated process,the heat treatment production process tracking data system function module and system integration of information flow is mainly discussed.4.In this paper,the server system is developed by the application of Spring,Hibernate,Struts2(SSH2)and other framework technology,which is through the database technology to achieve heat treatment MES and ERP data integration,and through the serial communication and TCP/IP communication technology to achieve heat treatment MES and field control system to achieve data integration.5.In this paper,the development of the intelligent MES system for heat treatment is applied in many heat treatment enterprises.The needs of heat treatment enterprises are meat through the actual use of the MES system can meet.It brings the economic benefits and practical value,enhance the management level of heat treatment manufacturing enterprises.
