In recent years,the concept of "Internet +" has become more and more popular,and many traditional manufacturing enterprises are also seeking to upgrade the information technology and network transformation.In order to tackle the existing problems such as low management efficiency with the production line management and poor information communication,these manufacturing enterprises are making attempts to establish a set of advanced and efficient network monitoring system by resorting to Internet.The network monitoring system has already been applied in the chemical industry,mining,environmental monitoring and other fields,but has not yet been commonly applied in the field of electrical wire manufacturing,where many enterprises still use the old-fashioned manual recording to manage their production line.With an enameled wire manufacturing enterprise as the object,this paper studies and designs a set of real-time network monitoring system which can access the Internet for remote devices.Regarding the system design,this paper firstly analyzes and studies the related theories of the architecture design and server push technology of the monitoring system.The B/S structure and the MVC hierarchical design pattern are used to solve the drawbacks of the traditional monitoring system,such as the inconvenient maintenance and poor real-time performance,and the real-time data monitoring and management of remote industrial devices on the Internet are realized.This paper also designs and discusses the overall logic structure,working principle,communication network,function module and database of the system,and defines a series of functions modules such as the basic operation function of the system,real-time monitoring of the operation status of the equipment,management of production information,configuration of warning rules,history data statistics and so on.In the design of the module of real-time monitoring of equipment operation status,the service of data communication between the monitoring system server and the bottom industrial control network is constructed by using the MINA framework.To meet different real-time requirements of the equipment status and early warning notice,the server's active push technology is used.the Pushlets framework and the Web Scoket are respectively adopted.By integrating the Pushlets framework into the system,the active push and dynamic presentation of the equipment status data and early warning notice are achieved.This paper seeks to achieve system implementation from two aspects--the server and the client.The server is mainly built on the combination of the open source SpringMVC+Spring+Mybatis,which improves the system scalability with this hierarchical modular structure to reduce the coupling degree of the system.The client is mainly to achieve the front-end user interface.By using the combination of JSP+CSS+JS+ACE to design the client interface,the functions are to be achieved one by one in accordance with the allocations of the function modules of the system.Finally,the system performance and functionality are tested and verified.After field testing,the network monitoring system for the field of electrical wire manufacturing,designed and implemented in this paper,meets the performance and function requirements,and works stably.The system can meet up to 300 users' access requirements at the same time,and the number of requests it can handle per second is 300 or so,and the average response time to the request counted is in millisecond.For real-time monitoring,the background server pushes the data every 10 seconds to the front monitoring interface display.The design provides a viable technical solution for the field of electrical wire manufacturing,and is a strong support for the enterprise production management information construction.
