As an important human physiological parameter,blood pressure not only can reflect the functional status of the human heart and blood vessels,but also provide an important reference for the clinical diagnosis of the related disease,observed the result for treatment and prognostic judgement.Because the blood pressure value of the human body is changing in one day,so the blood pressure value of single or intermittent measurement does not well reflect the current physiological and pathological condition of the human body.However,the continuous blood pressure measurement method can effectively monitor the human body blood pressure changes.which can provide a more adequate basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Considering the relationship between blood pressure and pulse wave,this paper designed a continuous monitoring model of non-invasive blood pressure on the base of pulse wave transit time(PWTT)and Pulse wave characteristic parameter by analyzing the correlation among PWTT?Pulse wave characteristic parameter and blood pressure.The continuous monitoring model of non-invasive blood pressure overcomes the disadvantages of the single parameter in the monitoring accuracy,introduces the individual parameter correction for different people,and achieves the high precision measurement of diastolic and systolic blood pressure.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The thesis analyze and summarize the current research status of non-invasive blood pressure measurement at home and abroad,and also describe the formation mechanism of pulse wave and arterial blood pressure.A blood pressure model is needed before a noninvasive blood pressure monitoring system is designed: By analyzing the correlation among PWTT?Pulse wave characteristic parameter and blood pressure.The characteristic parameters of pulse wave Hc,K and PWTT,which are correlated with SBP are selected,The mathematical model of SBP was established by stepwise regression analysis.The characteristic parameters of pulse wave Hc and K,which are correlated with DBP are selected,The mathematical model of DBP was established by stepwise regression analysis.The continuous monitoring model of non-invasive blood pressure overcomes the disadvantages of the single parameter in the monitoring accuracy.(2)From the perspective of clinical application of non-invasive blood pressure continuous monitoring system design,we designed a signal front-end acquisition system to achieve simultaneous acquisition of ECG and pulse signals.In this paper,the design of the software system is based on the VS2010 integrated development environment,using the framework of the MFC dialog box,C++ programming language and Access database to develop the user interface.Through the multi-thread programming mechanism,Finally,the software system realize the ECG and pulse signal real-time acquisition and storage,preprocessing,feature point locating,analysis patient information file management,diagnostic report printing and other functions.(3)According to the technical requirements of the product specification and the registration test of medical products,determine the performance index,and design the corresponding test method of performance index,through the experiment of noninvasive blood pressure monitoring system for continuous blood pressure detection accuracy and validity for preliminary validation.
