Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases of the serious damage to human body health,blood pressure monitoring as a means of prevention and auxiliary treatment of high blood pressure is of great importance.Currently electronic sphygmomanometer are commonly used in home blood pressure monitoring.Although the operation is relatively simple,it failed to get rid of the bondage of cuff,and its comfort and portability still need further improvement.With the development of mobile healthcare and personalized medicine,Wearable blood pressure measurement monitor based on photoplethysmography method is increasingly widespread.However the accuracy of blood pressure algorithm is not high enough,which needs further research.Based on photoplethysmography(PPG)and electric signal(ECG)acquisition platform,this paper proposed multi-parameter of pulse wave continuous noninvasive blood pressure algorithm,calculate groups and individual calibration beat-to-beat blood pressure.The research content includes:1?Based on photoplethysmography measuring platform,paper designed PC software system to realize pulse wave and electric signal synchronous collection and transmission,real-time display and other functions.2?Realized multi-parameter noninvasive continuous blood pressure algorithm.Paper first preprocessed PPG and ECG signals,then extracted waveform feature points,and adopted public database to evaluate accuracy of detection algorithm;According to the physiological significance of pulse wave feature points,paper extracted a series of pulse wave parameters;then adopted correlation analysis and multiple linear regression between blood pressure and pulse wave parameters to realized the crowd blood pressure calculation and individual blood pressure calibration algorithm.3?Collected clinical experiment data and verified the accuracy of the algorithm.Clinical experiment included population static blood pressure measurement,individual static blood pressure tracking and blood pressure changes before and after exercises.Experiment data were divided into training set and test set,which were used to implement and validate the crowd blood pressure calculation and individual blood pressure calibration algorithm.Results showed that the crowd blood pressure calculation algorithm had good accuracy,and provided a preliminary exercise blood pressure monitoring guidance advice.The algorithm can realize family 24 hours continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring.
