Design And Implementation Of Electronic Medical Record System

Records as medical staff on the occurrence of diseases,development and prognosis,as well as examination,diagnosis and treatment of other medical activities in the process of recording play an important role in the diagnosis of patients throughout the treatment process.As a basis for hospital information construction,the electronic information of medical records is the important and difficult point.In this thesis,the electronic medical record information construction of one third-grade class A hospital in Hebe Province is used as research background.An electronic medical record system is designed and developed,which can meet the needs of hospital business.It can improve medical records management work efficiency and quality of medical services,and further help hospital promote the level of informatization and scientific process of management.In this thesis,we firstly make the functional requirements and non-functional requirements for the hospital electronic medical record clear,and analysis and review the business processes related to the use of medical record.On the basis of user needs analysis,UML modeling technique is utilized for the analysis and design of electronic medical records system.The B / S three-tier architecture is adopted for system design.The business logic layer and data persistence layer are independent of human-computer interaction logic layer,which improves system scalability and reusability of modules.System implementation is achieved mainly by the object-oriented programming language C #,relational database management system SQL Server as well as HTML,CSS,etc.page design human-computer interaction technology.For the development of electronic medical records management system,there are main business functions,i.e.the patient's basic information management,medical management,and hospital management,the main function of business management consultation,quality management,inspection management and ancillary diagnostic data retrieval management.Finally,the test cases for electronic medical records system are wrote for functional and performance testing.Test results show that electronic medical records system runs well,in line with user needs,and user interface layout is reasonable,friendly and interactive.Therefore,the system meets the design goals.
