With the rapid development of computer applications,CAD/CAM technology has been widely used in many fields.Pro/E,as one of the most popular 3D mapping software,has its unique advantages.But,compared with other software,there are defects are not in line with national standards and are unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprise and individual in the two-dimensional labeling system such as tolerance and coordination,datum symbol module,geometric tolerances module,surface structure of the module etc.Thus it is necessary to develop the Pro/E,then make up its defects.This system aims at the defects in the two-dimensional labeling system of Pro/E.It is based on Pro/TOOLKIT to develop Pro/E,combined with Microsoft SQL Server database.And it uses the MFC objects to design the dialog box and the Visual C++2005.NET to program.It is developed the two-dimensional labeling system that is human-computer interaction,efficient and accurate.The system developed in this paper includes five modules: tolerance and coordination,datum symbol module,geometric tolerances module,surface structure of the module and Common tolerance markings Firstly,it's essential to study Pro/E software deeply and the Secondary development of Pro/E that contained the header files and the corresponding function;Secondly,it needs read the literature and class the latest national standard of the five modules.The database of them will be established.;Thirdly the overall design of the system and each module the design scheme has been determined;Finally,using the program design,the two development of two-dimensional icon injection system are completed and the intelligent marking capabilities is verified by s ome examples of each module.
