In the 21 st century,countries are facing a severe test of energy shortages.It is an important issue in today's world that how to strengthen the effective use of energy and the rational allocation of resources.Refining industry consumes large energy in China.On one hand,the scale of the industry continues expanding and the energy demand is more urgent,on the other hand,the low level of enterprise energy management and energy efficiency makes industry lack of effective energy monitoring and management techniques and means.Recently,"Made-In-China 2025" and "Internet +" strategic policy is put forward to rise up the manufacturing ability of our country through the deep integration of information and industrialization.Therefore,it is significant for improving the level of scientific monitoring and achieving the targets of energy-saving and emission-reducing according to the information technology.With the accelerating modernization process of refining enterprises,many companies pay attention to the energy monitoring and evaluation.However,because of the long process of refining production,the diversification of energy forms and the complicated energy conversion process,enterprise energy efficiency monitoring and management system still has limitations such as lacking of systematic and incomprehensive evaluation indicators,as well as pertinence and real-time property,which result in the phenomenon of resource waste.According to these,this paper chooses the typical and representative atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as the evaluation object based on a national 863 project “energy efficiency monitoring,evaluation and optimization of control technology and systems for the petrochemical industry”.A complete monitoring and management module for the energy efficiency monitoring system is designed and developed.The main research work is as follows:(1)To solve the problem of system insufficiency for the refinery energy efficiency monitoring indicator system,the refining process characteristics and energy consumption are analyzed.Energy efficiency is defined as the usage and conversion rate of energy in the process of converting the feedstock into the product during the statistical time.The paper proposes three-level energy efficiency monitoring indicators,which can comprehensively and scientifically reflect the level of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit's energy efficiency and the refining industry's energy use.(2)According to the status quo of lacking real-time monitoring indicators for energy efficiency,the paper presents two indicators,including the integrated energy consumption model and the total extraction rate of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit by using soft-sensing method.The integrated energy consumption indicator of the system evaluates the energy consumption level from the point of energy flow.The total extraction rate of the unit reflects the efficiency of the production from the material flow point.The two indicators reflect the energy efficiency level of the refining enterprises comprehensively.The soft-sensing model can meet the real-time monitoring requirements of the enterprise through the verification of actual process data,and can be used to establish more monitoring models of energy efficiency indicators.(3)In order to enhance the energy efficiency monitoring and management methods of the refining enterprises,this paper provides an advanced energy efficiency monitoring and management plan by comparing the traditional industrial monitoring technology with the modern one,and uses the network and database technology to develop a practical energy efficiency monitoring and management module.As an important part of the refinery energy efficiency monitoring and evaluation system,the module can help enterprises to comprehensively monitor and evaluate the level of industrial energy efficiency,and make important support for scientific decision-making of resource allocation.
