Research Of Soft-Sensing Technology Applicating In Distillation Column

Soft-measurement is a new, developing and prospecting industry technology, which is now getting widely used gradually in industry. The development of control technology, computer technology and network communication technology provides a wide flat for realizing soft-sensing technology. Aiming at the butadiene distillation column of certain petrochemical company, the problem of applying the soft-sensing technology in the plant is researched. There are two ways of realizing the soft-sensing technology on line: one is developing the program on the DCS directly, the other is developing the program by using OPC. In this article, the second way is used to realizing the component measuring. First, building the models using the industry data, in order to make the model be more precise, some different kinds of methods are used to building the model. After finishing the work above, the application system about soft-sensing model is developed using Visual Basic and OPC technology. This system is running in the plant, and it has a good effect. The The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:In chapter 1, introduce the soft-sensing technology and OPC technology, and make a simple summary of the content in this article.In chapter 2, soft-sensing model is building by using industry data, some kinds of methods are used for this work, such as NN method, interpolant method, dynamic model, much data model building. We get a precise model.In chapter 3, in order to realizing the model above, a application system about soft-sensing model should be developed, we introduce the structure of the system in this part, and two key technology through the system is introduced too.In chapter 4, we recount the design and realizing of subsystem of model realizing on line.In chapter 5, we recount the design and realizing of subsystem of model correcting.In chapter 6, during the model building, a lot of data need to be deal with. In order to reduce the workload, data dealing module was developed by using Excel VBA.The model application system has being used in the plant, some idiographic problems are found, we have introduced these problems and resolved them.
