With the rapid development of science and technology,inverter widely used in industrial,aviation,metallurgy and other fields.The traditional analog-based inverter power supply can not meet the needs of users for high-quality performance.In recent years,with the rapid development of digital electronic technology and modern power electronic technology,high-performance controller has been widely used,to achieve the all-digital power inverter control,while advanced control algorithms can be applied to the control of the inverter.In this paper,the control method and system development of inverter power work.Using digital signal processor TMS320F2812 as the main controller,1KW inverter power supply for research and design,the main contents are as follows:Firstly,Aiming at the inverter power system,this paper analyzes the worst-case control method based on the state equation and the repetitive control method based on the internal model principle,and the simulation experiment is carried out.Combined with the advantages of the two methods,the design method of the compound controller of the inverter power system is given.The simulation results show that the composite control method has good dynamic and static performance.Thirdly,the working principle and output characteristics of SPWM inverter technology are analyzed in detail,and the design of main circuit,driving circuit,fault detection circuit,alarm circuit and communication circuit is completed.The Based on the modular design principle and method,the design of the inverter system software system is completed.Finally,the joint debugging of the inverter hardware and software system is completed,and the related experimental research of the 1KW single-phase inverter power system is carried out.The output voltage waveform of the inverter power supply system under different load is analyzed The experimental results show that the developed digital inverter power can achieve the expected performance index.
