With the rapid developments of wireless communication technology in domesticand foreign, more and more less spectrum resource is available, the advantage of hugebandwidth and the trend of mulitigigabit wireless data transmission make60GHztechnology gains more and more significant interested researchers. So far there is fewreports about60GHz in domestic, in this paper, the5mm inverter circuit is designed inthe form of the hybrid integrated circuits.A brief introduction about the basic characteristics and typical applications of the60GHz millimeter-wave, and domestic and international development of the60GHztechnology in recent years are presented in the paper firstly. Then, combined with theanalysis of the project in the subsequent chapters, the main work in this thesis are asfollows:Then, a brief introduction of the indicators about the projects, and then make someanalysis about the circuit, introduced some schemes and finally determined the finalprogram.The, firstly the theory and structure of V band waveguide to microstrip probetransition is introduced, basically meet the requirement of application. Secondly, a3~5GHz bandpass filter and three V band bandpass filters are designed. After that,microstrip line theory and millimeter-wave circuits assembly technology are introduced,finally make simulations about the microstrip line corner’s discontinuity.Then, describes the principles and technical specifications of the millimeter-waveamplifier frequency multipliers mixers and switches. Selected the appropriatemonolithics, and IF amplifier, and make introductions about them. Design and test theV-band low noise amplifier separately, and make use of the ATF35143processing andtesting the IF amplifier.Then, analyzed the indicators and feasibility of the circuits, and designed the cavityand the whole circuit of the inverter circuit, finally meet the requirements of the positionof the cavity size and the input port, make a brief introduction about the electromagneticcompatibility. Complete the fabrication, debugging and testing of the circuit. At last, analysis of the results and improvements are given.
