With the development of modern science and technology, various industries set higher requirements on the performance of inverters. Good output waveform of inverter voltage mainly includes three aspects: high steady-state precision, good dynamic performance and good load adaptability. The digital control may improve the performance of inverter through complex, intelligent control algorithms, and therefore the digital control is the main direction which the inverter power supply develops.This paper devotes to research the inverter power supply digital control technology. First, this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the digital control strategy, pointing out that compounded control method is the developing trend because the method can take good advantage of every part while avoiding its default. Then the paper analyses the inverter power supply systems and establishes mathematical models and MATLAB simulation models of a single-phase inverter. This paper begins with the analysis of the inverter's output characteristic, then proposes a hybrid control strategy with repetitive control and fuzzy self-tuning PI control based on theirs principles and the design methods, in which the repetitive controller is used to improve stability response and fuzzy self-tuning PI controller is used to improve dynamic response. The results of MATLAB simulation show that the hybrid control strategy can make a good stable and dynamic performance under linear and periodic non-linear loads.Finally, the article designs the hardware and software of the control system of inverter and TMS320F2812 DSP is used as the control core, then offers the total structure of software design and expatiates the hardware circuits of the control, data collection, driving and protection circuit etc.
