Research On The Management Information System Of Jiujiang Food Testing

With the rapid development of the food industry and the improvement of people's awareness with food safety,more and more people pay attention to the problem of food safety in China.In the past few years,food safety accidents have occurred,and have caused some adverse reactions in society.Because the efficiency of the traditional manual sampling method is low,and the food safety mechanism is not perfect and the punishment is low,the domestic food safety problem is becoming more and more serious.Many villages and towns even become unsafe food production and processing centers,the masses of food safety issues have become increasingly apparent.Strengthen the safety supervision of food production,ensure that the agricultural products that enter the market for trade and sale are in line with the food safety standards,and put forward higher requirements for the food safety monitoring and testing capabilities of the city.This paper first analyzes the development background and the current research of Jiujiang food safety inspection and monitoring management business,and research status of domestic and international food safety inspection and monitoring information management system is analyzed in the paper.According to the general of the Jiujiang Bureau of quality and technical requirements,combing the food safety testing institute of business process,the main problem is analyzed,expounds the necessity and significance of the design and Realization of information management system.Secondly,the research target of Jiujiang food safety inspection and control information system is defined.The main business process involved in the system is analyzed in detail,and the business process is drawn.Again,through the object-oriented software design method,using UML to the Jiujiang food safety inspection of main business process is described,through the detailed analysis of the system,build a system including word module,protocol information management,inspection management,sample management,food inspection detection report audit management,information management,statistics management,basic data management fees several key sub modules of the detailed design and implementation process,through case analysis and class diagram in detail data module design flow.Finally,the database of the system is designed in detail,and the data tables associated with each sub module are given,and the relation between the entity attributes is analyzed.Through analysis and Research on the Jiujiang food inspection information management system,construct the basic framework of the system,which lays a foundation for the further implementation and deployment of the system,provides a practical new method for the detection and control of the further implementation of food safety and quality.
