With the increasing of mobile devices at geometric speed,while communication quality requirements become more and more harsh,wireless communication is facing a spectrum shortage crisis.In this situation,visible optical communication as an emerging technology has aroused widespread concern in academia and industry.Among them,the study of indoor visible light communication based on white light emitting diode(WLED)has become a hot research direction in visible light communication field.Visible Light Communication(VLC)focuses on the part of the spectrum which human beings can see.The bandwidth of VLC is about 400 THz.Additionally,because of low power consumption,long life and other advantages,WLED occupies the future of indoor lighting market.For the development of WLED market,it provides indoor VLC an industrial foundation.WLED-based indoor VLC has many advantages including: a large wide of undeveloped and unlicensed spectrum resources;dual functions of lighting and communications,less infrastructure costs when using existing lighting equipment;high security of indoor communications due to high visible light frequency since it is difficult to penetrate the object and the wall.In this paper,we focus on WLED-based indoor VLC which the main researches are on the following three aspects:At present,most indoor(Visible Light Communication Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)VLC-MIMO researches are focused on point-to-point communication,and few researches are based on VLC network.This paper proposes a power allocation method based on 2 × 2 indoor VLC-MIMO system model,this scheme is to solve multiuser interference problem when these users communicate in the same time and frequency,which subject to achieve high communication quality by power control when there exists interference problem.Build an indoor VLC-MIMO system channel modeling and simulation platform when uses Matlab GUI as the development tool to simulate,which aims to reduce the repetitive modeling work and improve the research efficiency.Set up an indoor VLC system experiment platform,and keep it running stably.In this paper,an experiment platform of Dr.The platform of Asanka Nuwanpriya thesis was used as the prototype,and we modified it to improve performances in the actual construction process.The object is to measure the indoor visible light communication speed and provide the platform foundation for the future research.
