The reformation of teaching on vocational education gains more and more attention. Information technology is deeply applied on every course, especially low frequency electronic circuits laboratory tutorials. This course concerns EE students' handling of basic knowledge and practicing abilities' cultivation. Researches on it focus on the applications of virtual platform.Virtual teaching and experimental platform are introduced into university electronic experiment teaching for decades. It's intuitionist, easy to handle and resource saving. But it has drawbacks such as simplex platform, low application level, rough model and oversimplified methods. This paper starts with these problems. This paper first analyzed the principle of simulation and the differences among several model construction methods. Then put forward SPICE model compliant virtual platform based on the actuality of high level vocational education. The platform offers teachers a powerful PSPICE platform for experiment preparation and analysis and offers students an easy EWB platform for experiment. The platform models components with accurate SPICE model, simulates the model and compares the resultant DC and AC curves with real components to reduce the difference between them. This is the first step on resolving "simulation is not real " problem. Then Monte-Carlo analysis is applied to predict experiment result and statistical law. EWB and PSPICE are analyzed on typical examples.By experiment, EWB platform's user manual is got. It mainly concerns the problems that might happen during the use. At last, the whole experimental system's organization and strategy is given in detail. A complete two-stage coupling amplifier experiment is given with steps such as outline evaluation, result prediction, experiment flow.EDA technique's development is flying. The simulation methods on integrated circuits or discrete devices are being continuously improved and optimized. This paper improves virtual teaching platform by carrying out virtual platform election, modeling and experiment system construction with appropriate technique. Practice shows the improved experimental system can help students of high level vocational education with their study on electronic circuit.
