In today's information society, information security plays an important role. As important unit which achieve information security, hardware encryption chip security also show its importance. The side channel attack technology makes use of the side channel information leaked when processing data to attack chip. At the moment, there is no method that can defense side channel attack completely. The side channel attack technology put forward new theats to hardware encryption chip, so the deep researching of side channel attack is meaningfull. One kind of power analysis solftware system is created in this paper and implement method and make-up of this system is discussed.In this thesis, through introducing some kinds of side channel attack, CMOS circuit feature and AES, we put forward one high-speed implement method of AES based on FPGA characters and performance of this method is also analysed in detail.FPGA is applied in hardware encryption chip. Power analysis software system based on FPGA is structured in this thesis. Implement method and make-up of this software system is also discussed. And then power simulation attack based on AES is completed in this solftware system. Throug analysing the result of experiment, the paper verifies validity and popularity of the power analysis software system. |
