Since proposed, the MIMO communication systems was researched and discussed very frequently due to its high spectrum efficiency and signal transfer rate. A lot of methods were proposed to improve the performance of MIMO communication systems, such as the design of the MIMO channel model. Because of the actual complicated channel conditions, the transmitted signal in the transmission process will be influenced by many factors. Ideal channel model is a time-varying channel model, the model must be able to propose different modeling steps and parameter settings on different channel environments, and the parameters of the model can be corrected based on the actual channel measurements. Therefore, the channel model based on the statistical parameters is being paid more and more attention.The SCME channel model discussed in this article is a kind of channel model based on the statistical parameters. The model divided the transmitted signal into six paths, each path is composed of20subpaths respectively. Each subpath is created with angular spread, delay spread, angle of departure, and angle of arrived. Most of the parameters of the channel model are randomly generating, the fixed parameters of the model are obtained through the measurement of the actual environmental Channel. In this article the simulation of the SCME model is worked on system-level and link level in scenarios of the macro cell and the microcell. Finally we concluded the correlation of the SCME model in the time domain, space domain, and frequency domain.In addition, during the simulation we used Matlab C++math library. Matlab prevailed in the calculation of matrix, but it was not suitable in system-level simulation due to its low flexibility portability. The matrix calculation in C++is of high complexity. Matlab C++Math Library combined the advantages of Matlab and C++language. By using Matlab C++math library, can we not only reduced the complexity in matrix calculation but also created the coding of channel model, which can be used in other aspects of the research of the MIMO system and bring convenience to our future research.
