The progress of science and technology,especially in the fields of sensor measurement and single chip microcomputer,provides technical support for the data measurement and processing.The development of mobile communication technology,particularly GPRS,provides the low-priced and reliable solution for data transmission.This thesis designs an oil well data collecting system based on GPRS to Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oil Field.According to the actual situation and the problems of manual collecting data,the article choose 5 parameters of oil well production from the all.This system model includes 3 layers structure.RTU is designed by the rules of durability,usability and extensibility,and the function of each hardware module is explained in detail.The software algorithm of RTU is defined on the basis of oil production.The server clusters of data center work on distributed and virtual server.The thesis describes the functions algorithm of data center in detail,including the functions of data exception alarm,storage conversion and comprehensive analysis.Finally,the thesis sums up the situation and the effect of application,predicting the future of the system. |
