The Research And Design Of Collecting And Transfering Data Of The Water Regime Forecasting System

It is finshed by the water sciencial important project of Water Ministry---the research on the system of PC network in the measure and controlling in the irrigation districts.Considering the condition Dujiangyan city,Sichuan Province,The author studied the question of back--- The water regime forecasting system in the irrigation districts.The information of the water regime is the most important basic data of the water regime.,and it is the primary gist of the prediction ,management and flood prevention of the water regime.It also is the important precondition of supplying water and using water automatically of the water regime..The paper adopt the techic of the sigle-chip microcomputer to the research and design of collecting and transfering data of the water regime forecasting system.By referring a lot of the libers and documents,we make the design of the hardware and software of RTU and pc.RTU accomplish the timing record,changing brealth record of data.the centre station collect and restore the data by SMS from the RTU.then analyse and mange them to make report forms.This design adapt to our country and was used in the irrigates and the reservoir.In this paper the development of software of PC are expounded,especially the communication module and data managing module.Some methods of improving the reliability of software system are studied.And two kinds of the communication type are disscussed,it mostly introduce the communication and realizing the way of GSM.Then research and test the communication of GPRS.
