In China, the equipments of sucker rod oil pumping system are very important in mechanical oil production. For the purpose of rapidly and accurately knowing well the working condition of the oil wells; finding out faults without delay; enhancing working efficiency economic benefits, this subject designs and exploits multi-parameter remote monitoring system for oil wells, because most of oil wells are located in the field, and their geographical position are relatively scattered. This system is aimed to fulfill the purpose of data acquisition,transmission,storage and resolution, completing drawing indicator diagram of oil wells, raising fault treatment efficiency, and real-time monitoring of operation conditions of the oil pumping equipment.This system is consisted by mainly two parts of field monitor terminal and monitoring center. AT89S51 MCU is the core of the field monitor terminal, which collects voltage, current, loads and displacement and other parameters of the field terminal according to the preestablished sampling frequency. It is transmitted to the monitoring center Through MDS2710, at the same time, it receives command from the monitoring center and completes relevant control action. The monitoring center which is developed by Visual C++, possesses functions of receiving, storage and handling, working condition indication, indicator diagram drawing, report forms typing and oil wells management of the oil wells data, etc. Further more, it also establishes BP neural network identification indicator diagram model. By the use of automatic identification and analysis function of BP neural network, it strengthens effective management and increases operation efficiency of the oil wells.Through the study of this subject, the oil wells multi-parameter remote monitoring system has the features of reliable information transmission, low cost and fitting for monitoring in unattended field environment. Therefore, it improves the automatic management level of oil wells.
