Implementation And Design Of OA System Based On RBAC

As China launched the "Internet +","Made in China 2025" and a series of important strategic implementation,China's manufacturing and service industries are stepping up transformation and upgrading.More and more businesses use modern electronic technologies such as big data,cloud computing,etc.instead of the traditional management model.Including office automation such technologies are important ways to help our government and enterprises,private enterprises enhance the management level,improve productivity.Office automation integrates the enterprise various decentralized office nodes into one office platform.Unified by the office management server,resources within the enterprise office coordinate and OA streamlines work processes,improves enterprise management upgrades enterprise office efficiency,which brings enterprise huge economic benefits.OA systems can improve the level of corporate information,however,it also introduces more and more information systems security problems.To address OA system security problems,some different security mechanisms are proposed.In order to guarantee the security of information,security access control is playing an increasingly important role.Secure access control is playing a more and more important role in these security mechanisms.There are some defects in both the control of autonomous access control and mandatory access control.RBAC introduces the concept of the role,obtains the logic of separation of users and permissions,realizes access control for users finally cover the shortage of traditional access control mechanisms.Based on an open source OA project,this paper implements a role based access control OA system,by modification of the authentication scheme,and increment the role access control mode.In this paper,we analyze the requirement of OA system,including business requirement and system management requirement.We also make the detailed design of system,including user management,privilege management,role management,etc.This paper also illustrates how to build the open source project,how to build source,how to adapt and control database.How to configure privilege management subsystem to make the system to be seamlessly adapted to the OA system,how to combine the role based access control scheme and test the system to form a whole.At the end of this paper,some problems met in the system development are summarized,and the corresponding solutions are explained.The future work is also illustrated.
