The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On PKI And Role-based Access Control

With the wide application of information technology, the office automationsystem has become to improve work efficiency, standardize the management processand important technology to realize effective supervision and support. The officeautomation system of government department is carrying a large number of importantinformation, confidentiality requirements on the system’s security and high data.Therefore, the office automation system of government department authorizedmanagement strategy and data security measures has important application value.The paper designs a security control strategy of PKI and the role access controlbased on the combination of the six functional modules, bulletin management, andmanagement of electronic documents, electronic files management, administrativemanagement, examination and approval process management and PKI securityauthentication management. According to the practical application demand, alldepartments of business information to realize the centralized management andunified release, and the various government departments can carry on the effectivemanagement, implement supervision and control on each business link effectively,and automatically records and for tracking management.The research results have been applied to government departments, PKIauthorization management strategy and implementation measures based on importantbusiness data, ensure the departments of safe and reliable, satisfy the requirement ofpractical application, and improve the government efficiency and service quality.
