IT Operation And Maintenance Service System Design

With the continuous deepening of user testing,More and more problems generated by user testing,the original use Excel registration method is difficult to meet the needs of the user on the problem records,search,export and transfer.Developing an information management system which is suitable for the management process of tax bureau issues has a very important significance to reduce the workload of user testing work and improve the efficiency of user testing.In this paper,we use the object-oriented analysis and design methods,to investigate the user testing process,And the system requirement is analyzed,system uses the B/S architecture,container using the spring application service layer,Based on the theory of event management process and change management process in ITIL,Achieve the registration,distribution,settlement and closing process of the problem,And data modification of the registration,examination and approval,distribution tasks,solve,close the process,It mainly includes three modules:system management,event management and data modification.So far,the IT operation and maintenance service management system has passed the test.Can achieve the goal of system construction,And to meet the needs of the work of the tax bureau user testing,Share the information to solve the problem in time,To promote the standardization of IT operation and maintenance management.
