Design And Implementation Of The Secondary Vocational School Scientific Research Achievements Management System

Scientific research achievements of the vocational schools is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of teaching and the school's comprehensive strength.Under the growing popularity of the policy,as our country's capital investment and modern information technology develop,the personal and collective teaching and research results of the vocational school teachers have gradually increased,so that the past scientific research results in the paper version can not be a good way to manage scientific research results.However,in many secondary vocational schools,there is no system to manage teachers' scientific researches.In this way,it may result in the loss of the teachers' good works and the phenomenon of chaos and so on.In this paper,the author took the present situation of scientific researches of Sihui specialized secondary schools in Zhaoqing as a reference object,and independently developed the management system of scientific research achievements in vocational schools.It includes a collection and a view of the declaration achievements in scientific research.Moreover,It releases notice function of teachers' good competition works or appraised other scientific researches to solve the current problems of school's scientific research achievements.In this paper,the author took the present management status of scientific research achievements in Sihui specialized secondary schools in Zhaoqing as a reference object.Independent research and development of the management system of scientific research achievements in vocational schools aggregates declaration of scientific research achievements,viewing the scientific research results and releasing teachers' competition awards.The scientific research achievements include the paper declaration,subject research,micro class,skills competition and guidance of students,to solve the problem of the school current management research results.Through deeply understanding school's actual situation and investigating a number of secondary vocational schools in Zhaoqing to consult the essence of their management scientific research results,and from the comparison with a lot of outstanding secondary vocational school teaching and scientific research information to be integrated,this paper detailed introduces the management system's development process of the vocational school's research results based on the B/S mode.And then through the research of the current popular WEB development language and WEB security communication development,This system confirms the PHP+MySQL WEB development and SSL security transfer protocol,MVC software design pattern,file MD5 sequence generation and verification,and the development principle.On the one hand,in society,the development of management system of vocational Schools' scientific research achievements is beneficial to the social people or brother school teachers to check the achievements in scientific research and understand the tuition level of the teachers in the school and the University's scientific research strength.On the other hand,in school,we can standardize the teachers' scientific research works and update each teacher's individual awards and bring up the information to use at any time.Furthermore,it not only prevents the loss of historical information,but also reduces the workload of the staff in school's record room,and improves the quality of working.Scientific research has become a comprehensive index to measure the teaching quality of a school.At present,some universities in China have their homemade scientific research management systems and they have been put into use.Therefore,the working efficiency of collecting scientific research achievements and developing scientific research has been further improved.
