The power equipment updates and changes with each passing day,with the rapid development of technology and strong input of Power Grid Corp in the power equipment and related technical transformation,the reliability of its operation has been greatly improving.In the process of substation operation,the accident due to equipment causes has been powerful control and suppression,and the accident caused by human factors is gradually highlighted.With the improvment of the equipment reliability,summary of the characteristics of the substation operation,in-depth study of the people due to the failure,has an important significance to develop regulations by the Power Grid Corp and accident prevention.In this paper,research on substation operation human reliability quantitative,development of substation operation risk control system,mainly in the following areas.(1)Combined with the practical characteristics of the classical safety theory and the process of Substation operation,the factors that affect the personal safety are summed up,and the risk evaluation model is established,which can achieve the quantitative analysis from the qualitative to quantitative.(2)On the basis of the theory of personal safety assessment and prediction,combining the theory of safety psychology and safety behavior theory,the corresponding risk control measures are given to improve the safety of the operation.(3)The use of expert evaluation method is given parameter values for each factor,using fault tree analysis to determine the relationship between the weight of various factors,formulate risk evaluation index and design classification threshold for substation operation safety risk are quantitative indicators and indicator,the personal safety risk quantification.(4)Develope system of substation operation risk control,to achieve risk control,help assist management personnel and operation personnel risk control work,improve the operation reliability.
