Coke oven vehicles is the key equipment in coke production. They mostly work on loading coal, pushing coke, transmitting coke and extinguishing coke. Coke oven vehicles'accurate motion control is the necessary assurance of keep on the cotinuate and reliable production. But the environment of coke oven's field is bad and complicated, four vehicles system lead to fault easily, therefore, It has important meaning that the research of reliability for coke oven vehicles'motion control system, finding the fault sources which lead to the faults of coke oven system, and analyzing the system's key and weak part.First, this article introduces a structure of coke oven vehicles'motion control system, combines with the position detection technology and the automatic position control technology, at last successfully realizes the motion control of coke oven vehicles. Then, the traditional fault tree analysis and the fuzzy fault tree analysis are detailedly discussed. In consideration of each system of four vehicles has comparability in the structure, this article establishes the fault tree which uses"holding car's motion control system doesn't work normally"as the top event, then do the qualitative analysis and the simplification of the system.Due to the vehicles equipments'fault probability is uncertain, this article introduces fuzzy theories, uses fuzzy arithmetic operator, to do the quantitative analysis of the fault tree's bottom event. In this article, it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze four coke oven experts'options, to build the membership function of the equipment's life, At last, in order to finish the system's research of reliability, it calculates the top event's reliability and the smallest cutset's significance.
