Currently,the reliability index of DCS is still a blank in China.This article mainly on the basis of reliability theory,according to the functions of components and working principle of the DCS,to analyze reliability of DCS,establish the reliability mathematical model and eventually reliability indicators of DCS.First,analyzes the reliability of the power-supply systems.Through establishing the reliability diagram of power-supply systems,calculate the reliability index with corresponding systems.Comparing the MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) of different schemes,those indicate the analysis results of the reliability for system and propose improvement measures which are estimated by quantitative analysis.And,in order to further improve the reliability of power-supply systems,give some suggestions. Aside,analyzes the reliability of basic control unit of the DCS,and an analysis method of the system reliability based on Markov process is proposed,established the reliability mathematical model at the system and a formula of availability and reliability of the system is derived at the same time.And,analyze the effect of the control unit repair rateμc for reliability of the system.Finally,considering DCS control loop,establish the fault tree of DCS control loop,calculate the reliability of control loops and analyze the entire control circuit components of the importance of reliable.
