A Design And Development Of Operation And Maintenance System For Zhejiang Social Security Center

Social Security application is related to the vital interests of everyone to ensure its proper functioning and reliable computing is essential, therefore, usually the social security systems need to create high-quality operation and maintenance of the system, in order to make the system safe and reliable operation and can play various application systems utility. To build an operation and maintenance system which can monitor the whole Zhejiang province’s Medicare and Social insurance’s networking is imminently along of remote medical treatment "all in one card" system and the social insurance cards are more and more issued since2012.This essay analyses the actual demands of the Zhejiang operation and maintenance system. And also designed and implemented the Zhejiang operation and maintenance distributed system which works in provincial, municipal, and county levels’ B/S structure. The system includes centralized monitoring module, configuration management module, alarm management module, emergency resources module and some other modules. The system use J2EE Technical architecture and MVC Triplex Architecture. It has Service-oriented ideas and objects based on relational database storages and constitute with Presentation layer (View), Control layer (Controller), Model Layer (Controller).The system is now been used in the whole province after the pre-use of Quzhou and Shaoxing. Currently, the system generates more than30alarms daily; there are9effective alarms of them. The time of dealing faults are shortened though showing the alarms and the topology diagrams; and also they make some faults go away before affective. The level of operation and maintenance and the efficiency of management are improved though the development of the system which heterogeneous network environments around the "supervision, management and control" to achieve the daily operation and maintenance management.
